The FMp224 kit is a universal mounting system that is ideal for equipping any inflatable watercraft made of PVC: from a motorboat to an inflatable kayak, belly boat or SUP board. It includes a lock of the Fs219 model, which allows you to install various holders and mounts (for spinning, echo sounder, action camera), navigation accessories (flag and navigation lights), rigging, tent structures, cup holders, targs, support posts on the surface of the PVC cylinder and much more. These can be both products from the BORIKA FASTen® catalog and, thanks to a wide range of adapters created by BORIKA® designers, accessories and devices from other manufacturers (Scotty, RAM Mount, Railblaza, YakAttack, carp tackle). By installing FMp224 kits in pairs, with a multiple of 305 mm (305 mm, 610 mm, etc.) between the centers of the locks, the user is able to fix accessories with paired adapters: for example, trolling racks, targs. Fixing the accessories is as quick and simple as possible: you need to remove the security plug of the lock, install the locking mechanism in the UNLOCK position, insert the accessory adapter as far as it will go, and move the lock to the LOCK position. The accessory can be fixed in any position by rotating the adapter around its axis in 30° increments.

The advantage of the FMp224 mounting kit is that only the outer part of the pad is made of PVC. Inside, the system is reinforced with a washer made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. The lock body and locking mechanism are also made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. This material provides high strength and resistance to seawater and weather conditions.The lock is fastened to the platform with four screws, which makes the structure even more durable and reliable. Nevertheless, for attaching accessories with increased multidirectional loads, such as anchor holders paired with an anchor weighing more than 8 kg, ladders, oarlocks, it is recommended to use a similar kit with a larger gluing area (140 x 140 mm) of the FMp225 model.

The installation kit is securely glued to the surface of the PVC cylinder with a two-component polyurethane adhesive in accordance with the step-by-step instructions and can be used for its intended purpose the next day after installation.
