A newly designed cowling, new graphics and new Nebular Black paint. Thanks to Suzuki’s proven offset crankshaft engine design, the piston moves smoothly and efficiently, reducing engine vibration and improving fuel efficiency with the new and improved tiller handle transmits less vibration to the operator. A new, gravity-fed fuel delivery system eliminates the need to prime the fuel line before starting, even after storage. Suzuki’s easy recoil starter requires less effort and makes starting a breeze.TThe redesigned fuel and lubrication system allows these outboards to be stored any of three ways, on either front, port or starboard sides. An exclusive forced lubrication system adds an additional oil passage to the upper and lower crankshaft and connecting rod big end for cooler, more dependable operation, and for the first time in outboards of this class, there’s an oil filter to further improve reliability and lengthen engine life.
