Description.
EVA sheets for car mats are produced with “Diamond” and “Honeycomb” (hexagon) patterns, with a hardness of 50 Shore, optimal for operational performance. The material is highly elastic and wear-resistant, yet easy to process – it can be cut manually, with plotter cutting centers, laser, and waterjet cutting, and can be easily thermoformed both by hand and using molds. This allows the creation of not only standard mats but also more expensive 3D EVA mats.

EVA material (ethylene-vinyl acetate) does not absorb water, is resistant to frost, withstands exposure to household chemicals and road de-icing agents, has no odor, and is completely harmless, as it is approved for contact with food and has a hygiene certificate for the production of children’s products. The combination of properties of EVA polymer advantageously distinguishes it from rubber and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) analogs, which have a strong odor in hot weather and harden at low temperatures.
