Allow the first layer to dry completely<br \/>\n(approximately 15 minutes) before applying the second layer. The second layer should dry<br \/>\nuntill tacky, then heat with a hairdryer to about 30 &#8211; 40 degrees, apply the patch to the<br \/>\nprepared area and press down firmly. Using a smooth object (the back of a tablespoon works<br \/>\nwell), force out any air bubbles that may have been trapped under the patch, working from<br \/>\nthe centre of the patch to the outside. Wait 24 hours before you inflate the boat again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WARNING!<\/strong> Larger areas or, if the parts overlaps a seam, should be patched by a professional<br \/>\nrepair technician at an inflatable repair station.
