5. Payment terms

The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the bank account of the online store. 6. Warranty

If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, free warranty repairs will be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s conditions.

The warranty is void if:
– if the product was used for personal, household, commercial or other unacceptable purposes;
– if the product was used without observing the warnings in the instructions for use;
– if the product shows signs of unqualified repair;
– changes in product design or layout;
– if the serial number of the product has been changed, removed or cannot be determined.

Damage that voids the warranty:
– damage caused by the ingress of foreign bodies, substances, liquids, insects;
– damage from natural disasters, fire, household influences, accidental external influences (rapid change in voltage in the electrical network, etc.) and accidents;
– damage caused by non-compliance with power standards, telecommunications and cable networks and other external factors;
– damage caused by non-standard or low-quality consumables, spare parts, use of accessories.

7. Right to opt out

7.1. You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
7.2. The exercise of the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the date on which you purchased or received the goods by a third party specified by you other than the carrier.
7.3. You have the right to test the product while exercising your right of recall to ensure that it meets your needs and wishes. IMPORTANT! You have the right to use the product during the period of the opt-out right to the extent necessary to test the product (to the extent that it would have been possible before purchasing the product from a regular store).
7.4. In exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for using the product in excess of the norm expected to test it, for using the product during the term of the right of recall that is incompatible with good faith, and for the value, quality and safety of the product.
7.5. If you decide to exercise the right to refuse, and this is not related to the discrepancy of this product or service with the terms of the contract, you will refund the full cost of returning the goods.
7.6. 7.7. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
7.8. By sending the goods to the SIA “”BUSH Boats” store by courier mail, the buyer agrees with the visual and technical condition and packaging of the goods, determined by SIA “”BUSH Boats” unilaterally upon receipt of the goods. Any further claims that they are not the same as what he / she sent will be considered unfounded, therefore we recommend that you return the goods to the address: Plūmes 1, Salaspils pagasts, Salaspils novads, LV-2121.
7.9. SIA “”BUSH Boats” reserves the right to deny the buyer the right to refuse or withhold compensation if the goods are used and / or damaged, if they are not in their original packaging or if their packaging is seriously damaged.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal

In the cases specified in clause 22 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 255 “Rules on distance contracts” dated May 20, 2014, including if:
– the price of a product or service is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the seller or supplier and which may arise during the return period;
– the product is manufactured according to the instructions of the consumer or the product is clearly personalized;
– the product is perishable or is about to expire;
– the consumer has opened the packaging of the product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;
– the product has been mixed with other things by its properties after delivery;
– the contract was concluded at an open auction;
