Description

This mount is designed for mounting photo and video equipment with a 1/4″ thread on all types of watercraft (fishing kayaks, inflatable boats, motorboats, RIBs, and belly boats). It features a reinforced design and is designed for heavier and larger equipment than the action camera mounts available in our range. This accessory will allow you to professionally film while enjoying the water, help you capture the best moments, and securely store your equipment, even while on the move.

The camera is secured to the mount using a stainless steel screw with a 1/4″ thread, which is screwed into the equipment with the same thread. When tightened, the polyamide nut presses against the body of the equipment, securing an elastic gasket between them. The gasket ensures a tighter, more secure fit and prevents the camera from shifting while the watercraft is in motion.

The accessory allows you to adjust the position of the mounted camera, choosing a convenient shooting angle. It can rotate 360° around the adapter axis without removing it from the lock, and the splined connection, equipped with adapter washers with a 7.5° pitch, allows for flexible tilt adjustment. The user installs the camera, selects its position, and locks it in place using the hex knob. The main splines are 27.7°, allowing for the addition of extensions with the same spline size. When used with extensions of 20 cm or more, the accessory adapter can be replaced with the reinforced As222 model. It features a reinforced stainless steel axle, making the adapter even more robust under dynamic loads. The holder attaches to any BORIKA FASTen® mounting system pre-installed on the watercraft.

Designed to mount photo and video equipment with a 1/4″ threaded connection on a watercraft. The holder consists of a camera mount: an M6 stud with a 1/4″ thread and a UNC 1/4″ nut, an inclined connection with 27.7° splines, equipped with adapter washers with 7.5° splines model Dp230, with an M6*50 DIN 931 bolt, and a rotating adapter with 30° external splines. The assembly also includes an M6*60 DIN 912 screw and an M6 DIN 985 nut. The holder can rotate 360° without having to remove it from the lock. The tilt position is fixed using a hexagonal handle-nut. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, the fasteners are made of A2 stainless steel (except for the M6 ​​DIN 934 brass nut).
